The Lake House Project

At The Lake House, we installed a paver driveway apron and built natural stone swales on both sides of the driveway to improve water flow and drainage. We also completed landscaping, bluestone patios under the decks, and new paver patios and sidewalks.


Around the pool, we built a retaining wall and installed porcelain tile for a high-end finish. We also handled grading, drainage, and low voltage lighting, with about 1,200 sq ft of additional pavers and final landscape + lighting work planned for spring.

The Cottage Project

We completed a full outdoor transformation at The Cottage, handling grading, drainage, sod installation, landscaping, and multiple patio builds. The project also included bluestone work and Belgium block sidewalks for a clean, finished look.


We also completed the underground prep work, including trenching for cameras and electrical conduit. To wrap it up, we built fire pits and installed the base for all driveway areas to support long-term durability and drainage.
